Position Title:
Treasurer
How you will contribute
As a Treasurer, you will oversee all financial matters for the SIM Benin & Togo team. As a key member of the administrative team, you will:

Oversee all aspects of financial management.

Prepare monthly financial reports and annual budgets.

Manage daily cash flow and local tax payments.

Provide financial advice and guidance to the Area Director, SIM workers and project managers.

Ensure compliance with local employment laws, including employment contracts and tax obligations.

Supervise the accountant and business agent who report directly to you.
What you bring
-
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a treasury role within SIM is essential.

CPA, MBA or another relevant higher education qualification is desirable but not required.

Working knowledge of French.
