Position Title: 

Manager / Coordinator for radio ministry

Description:

Radio Waves of Hope is a ministry broadcasting quality radio programs rooted in biblical principles. It aspires to see families transformed by the Gospel in the city and province of Loja. In particular, this ministry targets people in rural areas to connect them with local churches and believers, and thus strengthen them in various aspects such as family, marriage, church, through quality biblical programs.

As coordinator of this ministry, you will be responsible for various aspects of the radio ministry, from programming, technical, outreach, promotion, to administration, fund raising, local involvement, connection with other ministries, and many other related tasks. You will work with a team of 3 employees and over 12 local volunteers.

Skills/Passions/Gifts:

• Biblically sound doctrine
• Experience with supervision of employees and management of projects, including employee training, project finances, planning for future ministry expansion
• Speaking Spanish or English
