March 1st marked a significant turning point at SIM Switzerland with the nomination of Benjamin Pang as the new Director, succeeding Jérôme Gyger who has led the organization with passion and dedication.

A native of Aargau, Benjamin Pang is the father of three children. In 2012, he and his wife moved to Biel for professional reasons. His professional background is eclectic, having worked in a variety of fields. He was a youth pastor and pastor for a few years, before running a multimedia and marketing company.
